Mr Chan Pok Choi, 61, was a general manager in the electronics industry before he made a career switch to selling pancakes in 1999. He took a year to develop his recipe and designed his own tools to make his pancakes. He offers three choices of fillings: Peanut, red bean and coconut. Each piece costs $1.
