Outlast and Outplay With the Leading Global Lifestyle Brand For Gamers

Razer has done it again–and by ‘it’, we mean they introduced another cool new piece of gaming tech that threatens to sweep us off our feet. The Orochi V2, a compact, ultra-lightweight wireless gaming mouse, was announced today. Its selling point is that it can give you over 900 hours of use from just one AA battery. That sounds absolutely phenomenal, especially if you have a tendency to forget whether you turned your wireless mouse off after using it. Better yet, there’s a trailer dedicated to showing off the specs and capabilities, and it looks stunning. Can all new gaming tech come with promo videos like this from now on?

This device is equipped with ultra-low-latency Raze HyperSpeed Wireless technology and 2nd-gen Razer Mechanical Mouse Switches, meaning it combines performance and comfort in a slick, compact design. The result is a gaming mouse ideal for notebook gamers, which is excellent news. It’s hard for laptop and notebook gamers to find good–and transportable–high-performance gaming gear. The Orochi V2 was specifically designed to fill this niche, being a great piece of tech that’s still small and light enough to carry around in your pocket. Plus, the brand’s HyperSpeed multi-device support allows gamers to connect their Orochi V2 mouse and wireless keyboard to just one USB dongle, letting you save your remaining USB ports for something else. The Orochi V2 weighs less than 60 grams, excluding batteries, and features an ultra-lightweight universal design for all grip styles.

“Gamers shouldn’t have to sacrifice performance for portability,” said Alvin Cheung, Senior Vice President of Razer’s Peripherals Business Unit. “The Orochi V2 uses state-of-the-art gaming grade components combined with unique lightweight design features, making it the ideal portable gaming mouse.”

Razer Orochi v2

The Razer Orochi V2 is now available at £69.99 / $69.99 / €79.99 MSRP.
