Dalhousie considers suspension, students apologize after police ticket 22 for ‘large social gathering’

Halifax police say they ticketed 22 people for violating the Health Protection Act at a large gathering. Dalhousie University now says they’ve confirmed students were in attendance, and is looking at its options. The students have issued an apology.
